Caravaggio, Prague Caledonian School and WBSD

"WILMAAAAAAAAA," yelled Fred.....or Bev in this case.
Since you told me you liked Caravaggio from my post on the Vatican Museum, I thought of you when I read the post about him at Internation Musing. I really love the way he "saw" events and painted it. This website also introduced me to another artist who painted a series that I love. Here is "Dancing in Barcelona" by Pino and "Her favorite book".

Another interesting post that is really an ongoing story is at Ricky Yates blog. Two American teachers who took courses at the Caledonian school in Prague were sent home by the CZ officials because they didn't have the appropriate paperwork. This post is a follow-up by the school with Ricky after they discovered his blog had publicized the event. Scroll through the archives in May for "Problems with the CZ Bureaucracy" for the beginning of the story.

What is WBSD? World Blog Surf Day. I am late with this this time around because I wasn't really sure if I wanted to write about food. It's not a favorite subject of mine but in Italy, I am surrounded by food, by food loving people and I since I am cooking more, I can't GET AWAY FROM IT!!!
So I signed up to participate today. If you are an expat with a current blog, go to the WBSD page to find out more and to join. I believe the deadline to sign up is the 6th...TOMORROW!! Sher at Czech off the Beaten Path is organizing it this time around.
